Changes in Executive Board of SAMSON AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT

At its meeting on 24 June 2019, the Supervisory Board of SAMSON AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT announced the following personnel decisions relating to the company‘s executive board:

Dr. Andreas Widl was confirmed in his position as Chairman of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for another five years. He will also retain responsibility for Global Production. At the same meeting, Dr. Thomas Steckenreiter was appointed Vice Chairman of the Executive Board. In his position as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), he will also take over responsibility for Human Resources and Services. Mr. Raul Fuchs continues to be in charge of Sales and Marketing. Dr. Ingo Koch has left the company after seven years. With immediate effect, his tasks as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) are taken over by Dr. Mathias Kretzschmar.
