New Supervisory Board of SAMSON AG Constituted – Dr. Nikolaus Hensel Elected Chairman

Frankfurt am Main, 25 June 2025 – At the Annual General Meeting of SAMSON AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT held on 24 June 2025, the shareholder representatives to the Supervisory Board were elected. The employee representatives had already been elected on 27 May 2025.

The following were elected as shareholder representatives:

• Christine DeMont
• Dr. Nikolaus Hensel
• Dr. Frank Melzer
• Carsten Reinhardt
• Dr. Ambros Schindler
• Dr. Erhard Scheidt

Representing the workforce on the newly constituted Supervisory Board are:

• Paul Dielmann
• Matthias Guth
• Diana Mancic
• Javier Pato Otero
• Manuel Schmidt
• Sabine Stillger

Following the Annual General Meeting, the newly constituted Supervisory Board held its inaugural meeting. During this session, Dr. Nikolaus Hensel was unanimously elected as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Diana Mancic was unanimously elected as Deputy Chairwoman.

The next regular Supervisory Board elections are scheduled for 2030.
