TROUBLESHOOTING 101 – Control Valve & Instrument Trouble Shooting

|   Training

Control valve & instrument Trouble shooting 101 is intended for engineers and technicians who are responsible for the maintenance and performance of their valve equipment. In this course, students will work hands on with trouble shooting positioners, solenoid valves, volumetric boosters, poppet valves and quick exhaust valves. In addition, they will see real case examples of damaged valve components from applications such as friction, galling, flashing, cavitation and high aerodynamic noise wear. Basic valve selection and design will be reviewed to understand the solutions to these common problems.
