Change to Supervisory Board of SAMSON AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT

With immediate effect and for personal reasons Ms. Edith Sandvoss is stepping down as a Supervisory Board member of SAMSON AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT. Ms. Sandvoss, a long-standing member of the Board and shareholder of our company, will be succeeded by Mr. Carsten Reinhardt until the next election to the Supervisory Board will be held in 2025.

We greatly appreciate the valuable service Ms. Sandvoss has rendered to the Supervisory Board over the years. Her dedication, experience and close bond with SAMSON played a decisive role in the development of our company. Ms. Sandvoss will remain closely linked to SAMSON.

Mr. Reinhardt has served on several advisory and supervisory boards of German and international industrial companies as an independent consultant since 2016. During his career, he served as CEO of several companies including Voith Turbo GmbH & Co. KG, a manufacturer of special drive technology. Mr. Reinhardt has two grown-up daughters and lives in Stuttgart with his wife.
