Return and Collection of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) in Germany

|   About SAMSON

The return and collection of electrical and electronic equipment are governed by the European WEEE Directive. The goal is to reduce waste from such equipment. Reuse and recycling help reduce electrical and electronic waste and protect the climate.

As of 1 January 2023, new rules will apply to the disposal of WEEE in Germany.

At SAMSON, WEEE is collected by returning it to our After-sales Service. This applies to all pieces of electrical and electronic equipment bearing the logo of a SAMSON group brand that were placed on the market after 15 August 2018.

SAMSON will apply the following icon to electrical and electronic equipment, packaging and the technical documentation:

SAMSON notifies users that WEEE must not be disposed with the general household or commercial waste. This is symbolized by the crossed-out trash can.
